Kling AI prices resolution and omits length

The page this register reads for Kling AI publishes three resolutions, including the only 4K tier on a rate card here, and never states a duration. Only two entries out of fifteen leave this column empty, and both are read from a priced page. As of 2026-09-12.

A rate card prints what it charges forThree resolution steps appear because each carries its own rate. Length carries no separate rate on this page, so it never needed a column and the schedule cannot be built. On the pageAbsent from the pageResolution720p, 1080p and 4K, each pricedNothing missingDurationNothingThe figure a schedule divides byAspect ratioNothingWhether a vertical output exists at allTwo of three columns cannot be filled from here

Inclusion rule. Columns this register reads, against what the priced page actually prints. A figure reported by a reseller listing or a demonstration video is not used to fill a gap. Order. The column the page fills, then the two it does not.

1Silence on a priced page is a specific kind of silence

A pricing page prints what is being charged for. Three resolution steps appear because each carries a different rate; duration does not appear, which says the rate does not vary with it in a way the page needed to express.

That is a reasonable thing for a price page to do and a problem for a media plan. A schedule needs to know whether a thirty second slot is one request or three, and a rate card that is silent on length cannot answer it at any price.

2The empty cell sits beside the highest tier in the register

The pairing is what makes this row worth a page rather than a footnote. This is the entry that publishes 4K, a step nothing else here offers, and it is also one of two that publish no length. The most ambitious figure and the missing one are on the same page.

A buyer reading only the resolution column would rank this row at the top of it. Reading the two columns together, the row cannot be planned against at all, because a resolution with no duration beside it does not describe a deliverable.

3What the register refuses to do about it

Filling the cell would be easy and wrong. Demonstrations circulate, resellers publish figures, and a number lifted from either would look identical in the table to one read off the vendor's own page. The check date beside every other cell would then mean nothing.

So the row stays hollow and keeps its place in every chart. A chart that dropped it would quietly report fifteen entries as thirteen, and the count of what is published is the measurement these sheets exist to take.
