Ad placement specs against what generators output

Fitting Wan 3.0 output into YouTube ad formats

The Wan 3.0 reference gives duration as an integer in the range two to thirty seconds, three resolution tiers, an adaptive default with six named ratios behind it, and says the returned video URL is valid for 24 hours. Thirty seconds is the widest single call on the scene generator side of this register. As of 2026-09-22.

Thirty seconds lands on a billing thresholdThe reference gives duration as an integer from two to thirty seconds. Two YouTube formats settle at thirty: the Masthead autoplay window and the point a skippable view is charged. 2Thirty seconds lands exactly on a billing threshold

Two of the six YouTube formats settle at thirty seconds: the Masthead autoplay window and the point at which a skippable in-stream view is charged. A single call that reaches thirty seconds covers both as one continuous piece, with no join to hide and nothing for an editor to match. That is the cleanest fit any generator row has against those two formats.

The sixty second non-skippable still needs two calls, which is the lowest join count in the register for that format among entries that generate scenes rather than performances. It is also the figure that shows up second-hand on another sheet here: SceneMixer publishes thirty seconds where a job runs on Wan 3.0 or Seedance 2.5 and fifteen where it runs on Seedance 2.0 or MiniMax, and the ceiling it quotes is the one this reference sets.

3An adaptive default and a 24 hour URL

The ratio parameter defaults to adaptive, with 21:9, 16:9, 4:3, 1:1, 3:4 and 9:16 available behind it. Adaptive is a sensible default for a model that takes a reference frame and a poor one for an advertisement, because a placement names its shape and a default that infers one will occasionally infer a different one from a changed input.

The retention line is the other figure worth carrying off this page: a video URL valid for 24 hours, with an instruction to download and save to permanent storage. One other entry in this register publishes a retention period, and it is shorter in kind rather than in length, so a production that treats the vendor as storage is making the same mistake against two different vendors.

Output limits read from the API reference at alibabacloud.com, checked 2026-09-22. Format requirements are from Google Ads Help, and the matching rule is on method.
