The two rate cards that never mention length
Two priced pages fill the resolution column and leave the length column empty. One reaches 4K and the other stops at 1080p, and the shared silence says something about rate cards rather than about either vendor. As of 2026-09-12.
| What the pages state | Kling AI | Vidu |
|---|---|---|
| Resolution | 720p, 1080p and 4K | 540p, 720p and 1080p |
| Duration | Nothing | Nothing |
| Aspect ratio | Nothing | Nothing |
Inclusion rule. What this register reads on each axis, against what each priced page prints. Gaps are recorded as gaps rather than filled from a demonstration or a reseller listing. Order. The filled column first, then the two empty ones.
1A rate card prints what varies with the rate
Three resolution steps appear on both pages because each carries a different charge. Duration appears on neither, which says the charge does not vary with it in a way either page needed to express.
That is reasonable for a rate card and fatal for a schedule. The one figure these sheets compute is a slot length divided by a clip ceiling, and with the denominator missing every row in the format tables for both entries reads not stated.
2Opposite ends of the ladder, same gap
One page carries 4K, a rung no other priced page in this register offers, and its floor is 720p. The other starts at 540p and stops at 1080p. A buyer reading only quality would rank them at opposite ends.
Reading both columns, neither can be planned against. A resolution with no duration beside it does not describe a deliverable, whichever end of the ladder it sits on.
3Why the rows stay in the register
Dropping them would report fifteen entries as thirteen and would hide the finding. The count of what is published is the measurement these sheets take, and two silences out of fifteen is part of the answer.
Filling them from a demonstration would be worse. A number lifted from a launch video looks identical in a table to one read off a vendor page, and the check date beside every other cell would stop meaning anything.
4The rest of the column behind these two
| Generator | Duration |
|---|---|
| Amazon Nova Reel | 6 s increments, up to two minutes |
| CogVideoX | 6 s, at 49 frames |
| Google Veo | 4, 6 or 8 s |
| Grok Imagine | 1 to 15 s |
| Hedra | 10 minutes |
| HeyGen | 30 minutes per scene |
| Kling AI | Not stated |
| LTX-Video | Frames, never seconds |
| MiniMax | 4 to 15 s |
| Pika | 5 s and 10 s, 20-25 s on Pikaframes |
| PixVerse | 1 to 15 s on version 6 |
| Runway | 5 to 15 s on Gen-4.5 |
| SceneMixer | Thirty seconds on the Wan tiers, fifteen on H3 |
| Vidu | Not stated |
| Wan 3.0 | 2 to 30 s |
Inclusion rule. Every generator this register carries, on the one column this pair disagrees about. Rows that state nothing keep their place and are marked hollow. Order. Alphabetical by generator name.
Why these two. Two of fifteen entries leave the length column empty and both are priced pages. Putting them together is the only way to show that the silence follows the document type rather than the product.
